Refund policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and we understand that sometimes an order doesn't work out for you. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and you need to return this. Please see our simple returns policy bellow.
For your return to be processed please print a “Returns Authorization Form” from this page for each item you are returning. This form must be filled out completely and included in your return package within 30 days after purchase the item.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchase the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
Shipping & shipping upgrade fees are non-refundable (if applicable).
Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
Returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt.
NOTE: Any returns we receive that does not meet the above mentioned criteria's, will not be processed.

Shipping Cost
Original outbound shipping costs are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 3 days of receiving merchandise and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Swimwear
- Intimate bottoms & Bras
- Fragrance
- Pre-loved (New Without Tag, New With Defect and Pre-Owner)
- E-Gift Cards

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
